Progress continues! The crew finished the bulk of the "dirty work" on Day 1 and finished the new roof yesterday, Day 2.
Day 2 also brought the beginning of new drywall and new vinyl flooring.
By Day 3, today, the new vinyl flooring is down, new kitchen cabinets and counter tops are coming in, and the ceiling has been fully restored in the front bedroom.
Also to be completed by the end of Day 3:
- Carpet installed in front bedroom
- Plumbing trim in kitchen
- Hot water heater installed in back bedroom
- New toilet installed in bathroom
- All interior trim material picked up and on-site
- New HVAC unit installed
