Working in homes in Mooresville, Davidson, Cornelius, and Huntersville since 2005, HAMMERS’ primary goal is to reduce or eliminate the immediate threats to a household’s life, health or safety. Eligible repairs must be emergency in nature, as determined by qualified volunteer inspectors, and entail needs pertaining to accessibility, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, electricity, or furnace/AC functioning.
